This notice supplements our Privacy Notice for California residents and explains the rights the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA ("CCPA"), gives you where it applies. In the last 12 months, and going forward, we collect the categories below directly from you, from your device, from Apple (for purchases) and from the AI providers that generate content at your request.

We do not collect precise geolocation, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, biometric information, government identifiers or payment card details. Your lyrics may contain information you choose to include; we do not use it to infer characteristics about you.
No sale or sharing
We do not sell personal information and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not done so in the past 12 months. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16; Moonsong is for adults 18+. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would give you a right to limit it.
Because there is no sale or sharing, there is nothing to opt out of. We still honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals: this website has no trackers for a GPC signal to switch off.
Your California rights
- Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold, where they came from, why we use them and who receives them.
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions (for example, records we must keep for tax).
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Portability: receive your information in a usable format.
- Non-discrimination: we won't deny service, charge different prices or give a different quality of service because you used a privacy right.
How to make a request
Email support@sansavision.com with the subject "California privacy request", from the address you use with Moonsong. You can also delete your account in the app. We verify requests by confirming control of the account email address. An authorised agent can make a request for you with your signed permission; we may ask you to confirm it directly with us.
We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need more time (up to 45 more days), we tell you why.
Free introduction
Every newly verified account receives a one-time free introduction (8 promotional credits). It is not offered in exchange for selling or sharing personal information, and it requires only the information needed to create an account.
